工作职责：

1. 制定项目计划及实施策略，明确项目上线时间，目标和需求；
2. 每周汇报项目进度，在多项目环境下，实时跟进项目进度；
3. 在多项目环境下，清晰传达来自内部及外部的相关需求，及时协调并解决；
4. 调动各种内部资源，规划并安排好项目的任务分工；
5. 在时间计划内，充分利用各种资源，使项目如期落地；
6. 确保项目落实，与跨部门团队保持紧密沟通合作，有效传达任务需求及内容，确保各部门任务进度顺利完成，有效发现及解决项目执行过程中的潜在问题及风险。
7. 良好的分析能力，定期对项目进行数据分析与汇报，监测各项数据和运营行为，做出可行性分析报告，及时调整运营策略，帮助team不断优化项目流程；

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，管理或相关专业优先；

2. 5年及以上咨询公司operational management项目管理工作经验或外企跨部门项目管理经验

3.清晰、优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；

4.熟练使用office软件，英语能力良好；

6.有团队合作精神

7.愿意加入创业团队，有创业精神
