1. 精准把握客户需求，了解客户目标、资源、现状，洞察相关行业/市场/消费者，提出营销策略的思路和逻辑，独立撰写策划方案；
2. 综合分析目标客户的产品、收集市场资讯、竞争对手信息，整理竞品资料，以提升策划方案的品质；
3. 根据不同策划主题、不同品牌需求、不同行业类别，提供最优质的执行方案，为BD提供有力的前期支持；
4. 针对策划工作与其他部门的沟通与协调。

                    

任职要求：

1. 全日制大学本科及上学历；
2. 5年以上广告营销策划经验，能够独立完成品牌方案策划和各种文案的撰写；
3. 具备优秀的文案编辑和撰写能力，文字功底扎实，感染力强；
4. 有较强的平面设计与图文排版能力；
5. 优秀的学习和适应能力，快速掌握公司业务；
6. 良好的团队合作精神，富有责任感，能承担一定工作压力；
7. 英语熟练；熟练使用PowerPoint、 Excel。
