1、 负责搭建客户关系管理流程，收集、整理并分析客户需求与反馈，制定相应的客户关系管理流程，包括活动管理、潜客开发管理、客户关系管理、数据库管理、分析及报告等；

2、 负责丰富客户关系管理体系的数据库，每月增加有效的客户数据，组织建立、维护客户档案，管理会员资料等，

3、 负责通过对会员的数据收集，洞察、分析客户特征与需求，制定有效的客户维护方案、会员机制及增值活动并定期调整，保障客户关系管理系统中数据的活跃度；

4、 负责根据消费行为与习惯，负责各类企划活动的策划、实施以及效果评估，架构并执行维持数据库活跃度的方法；

5、 负责完成领导交办的其他工作任务

职位要求:

1、 本科以上学历，优先考虑广告、市场营销和公关专业，有酒类品牌服务经验者优先；

2、 具有强烈的用户需求意识，逻辑分析能力强，对数据敏感，有较好的数据分析能力及执行力，善于从多角度发现问题、思考问题并快速形成解决方案；

3、 有活动策划能力和文案编辑能力，有微信公众号的运营工作经验为佳

4、 具备较强的数据监控及分析能力，能够依据分析结果制定有效推广方案；

5、 有较强的人际交流能力和良好的团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力；

6、 具有良好的英语读写及会话沟通能力；
