工作内容：

a. 根据生产计划保质、保量、安全且及时完成生产任务

b.产品的生产及工艺流程和该岗位车间人员的安排

c.转达及执行公司内部规章制度，并组织自己的班会

d.负责落实质量及技术部门对生产工艺的控制

e.负责该岗位安全生产及对车间现场环境的管理(5s)

f.负责该岗位劳动量、生产量、工作时间等数据记录和报告

g.上级主管安排的其他相关工作，并对生产提供改进意见及建议。

任职要求：

a. ***，25周岁以上，职业高中以上文化程度，化工或化工机械专业优先

b. 普通话标准流利

c. 勤劳，细心，肯吃苦，富有团队精神，遵守公司各项规章制度

d.有注塑或热固性材料开机经验者优先
