Job Responsibilities:

• Development and evaluation of system concepts (function allocation in hardware, software and mechanics)
• Perform system resource analysis, processing data flows for the overall system design and also the system performance predication
• Analyzing customer requirements, change requests and assign requirements to each function domain
• Create system designs based on customer requirements and company product platforms
• Cross region system designs and concepts alignment
• Critical system issue trouble shooting

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Software, Automotive) or Business Administration (Marketing) with a strong link to Engineering or comparable education with at least 5-7 years experience in the area of automotive engineering and embedded design.
• Experienced in Coordinating Engineering Teams
• Project Management Skills
• Excellent Knowledge in System/HW/Software Engineering for Embedded Systems
• Profound knowledge in SoC’s, HW  and SW Architecture and in-vehicle networks (AVB, CAN, …)
• Experienced in Customer Communication
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong ability to motivate and to communicate
• Independent and structured working practice
• Ability to work in intercultural teams
• Excellent English language (writing/speaking) skills
• Experience in automotive product process is a plus
• Experience in IVI/Cluster/Cockpit development is a plus
• work experience in foreign countries (like US, UK, Germany) is beneficial

• Experience in Functional safety design is a plus

• Experience in TS16949/ISO9000 quality system and related tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP…) is a plus
