岗位职责
Example of Duties:
Performing clinical duties as general practitioner (i.e. comprehensive examination, X-rays, restoratives, root canal treatment, extraction, crown and bridge, scaling, teeth whitening etc.)
Maintaining a steady flow of patients by overseeing day-to-day bookings and by monitoring patient recalls
Training and managing staff to maintain a high standard of dental care in a warm and friendly environment
Dealing with any patient complaints that may arise as a result of dental treatment, miscommunication, billings, etc.

任职资格:

Excellent knowledge of the English language
Ability to train dental assistants
International work experience
Ability to overcome cultural barriers
Excellent patient rapport
Minimum Education Requirement-DDS, DMD or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Certificate or Licensing needed-DDS/DMD or Chinese License equivalent and China License from Beijing China
