Responsibilities 工作职责

1. 负责工程项目各项招标的采购工作

   Procurement in charge of various tenders for engineering projects

2. 与项目经理沟通确定采购计划并按照计划执行采购工作

   Communicate with project manager, confirm purchase plan and execute purchase according to plan.

3. 准备和处理采购文件，如订单、询价等等

   Prepare and handle purchasing documents, such as RFQ, PO, etc.

4. 根据技术与商业要求，与供应商进行沟通。

   Communicate negotiate with the vendor supplier according to the project requirement technically & commercially.

5. 与所选供应商协调，按计划、数量、质量完成交货。

   Coordinate with the selected vendor supplier to accomplish delivery within the requirements of schedule, quantity and quality.

6. 其他所安排的采购相关工作

   Other works related to purchasing area.

Job Requirements 岗位要求

1. 大学本科以上学历

   Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent

2. 五年以上相关采购工作

   5 years relevant experience in related procurement

3. 需要英语沟通

   Need to communicate in English and be fluent in English both spoken and written

4. 能处理多事项并管理优先性；

   Be able to multitask and manage priorities

5. 能够主动发现问题并想办法解决问题

   Pro-active approach – initiative to solve problems

6. 优秀的沟通能力和关注细节

   Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

7. 良好的协作和团队合作能力

   Good collaboration & team work
