POSITION SUMMARY

This incumbent shall develop the essential oil business & spices, through both direct to end-users and also through export channels

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

Develop the essential oil & Spices business on a global basis

Seeking out major clients & forming working relationships with premier buyers in Essential Oil, Spices & Chemical Industry

Identify valuable emerging markets

Accurately forecasting future sales & forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in marketplace, both national & international scale

Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

Foreseeing & avoiding stagnation in the marketplace

Forming sales strategies to keep competitive & innovative

Marketing

Development & implementation of a brand strategy

Developing the marketing strategy for new & existing products

Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR

Manage social media presence & direct programs to improve social media reputation & recognition

Developing & delivery marketing & communications strategies for the company

Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment & consumer trends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age 35 to 45 years old

Must have a pioneering and entrepreneur spirit as well as leadership capabilities

Able to take on challenges

Min 10 years experience in the marketing and promotion of essential oil ( esp patchouli oil ) and essential oil raw ingredients to food, Spices, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and related industries

Possess leadership skills, planning and analytical skills

Extensive sales contact in current field or related field

Experience handling MNC accounts of Flavour and Fragrance will be a plus

Degree in Chemistry preferred

Fluent in English, spoken & written

With Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia or any foreign language preferred

Driving Licence, willing to travel and of good health
