About the role

The CRM Solution Development team analyzes, programs and implements customer relationship management (CRM) systems for our clients. It ensures that other client software applications integrate well with the CRM solution, that the CRM solution meets the client’s business needs, is easy to use and easy to maintain.

The CRM Solutions Consultant is considered a product expert and is responsible for designing and delivering CRM solutions to clients. The Consultant shall have the following qualifications.

• 2+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience.
• 2-4 full life-cycle CRM implementation.
• Experience managing at least two full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
• Travel as needed.

Your technical skills likely include:

• Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by CRM
• Experience with CRM, or other business management software (Dynamics preferred)
• Experience with software in a SaaS environment, Microsoft SQL, HTML, ASP, .Net, etc.
• Basic understanding of relational database concepts desired

Your non-technical skills likely include:

• Ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan
• Some consulting experience to external clients
• Experience working with global and offshore teams
• Great communication skills.
