Key Operational Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Factory on product related problems
- Support design changes in full respect of Internal Product Development Rules & Guidelines for implementation of Design Changes (approval rules, modularisation, etc.)
- Provide correct industrialisation of design changes and of new models/PNC in production; ensure follow up of products in production
- Contribute to implementation of local Direct Material Engineering Changes efficiency Plan
- Contribute to implementation of local SCR improvement plan

Competences needed
Engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of 3D design tool (CATIA is preferred).
- Good knowledge in mechanical component and system development and design
- Good structured and engineering approach during each development phase
- Good knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (metal forming, injection moulding, die casting)
- Basic knowledge of main production processes in household appliances industry
- Basic knowledge of product cost accounting & reporting
- Basic knowledge of quality tools & reporting
- Ability to use common IT tools (e.g.: Microsoft Office)
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong self motivation to learn and improve
- Willing to work with a cooperative approach and in a Team environment
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in the organization.
