-检查供应商实施的质量控制计划（通过常规的过程审核）

-为供应商检验员确定任务，确保合格的供应商检验员。监控质量性能

-进行过程审核以控制质量表现

-执行随机装配质量控制（测试+最终检验）

-进行客户审核

必要时解决减损，NCR处理（加入特定的团队配合工作）

-接受装配结果（证书的发布）

-规范变更监控

-支持其他部门（商业，项目经理）的装配问题

-确保零部件供应商的装配资格

遵循关键返工IRT

-规范变更监控

-来料检验：执行，培训，支持供应商…

资格/培训：机械工程

补充培训：质量管理，ISO 9001和过程审核

Job Name: SQ’PQA Technician

Mission: Assure quality or Hub and Low Speed Shaft Manufactures

Functions:

Quality management of assembly suppliers:

- Stablish and develop quality control plans.

- Check supplier has implemented quality control plan agreed (by means of regular process audits)

- Define tasks for supplier inspectors. Qualify supplier’s inspectors. Monitor quality performance

- Conduct process audits to control quality performance

- Perform random assembly quality controls (test + final inspection)

- Conduct clients audits

- Solve derogations, non conformities Involving specific team when necessary (Management of

Non Conformities)

- Give acceptance of assemblies (Certificate’s release)

- Specification changes monitoring

- Give support to another dep. (commercial, project managers) about assembly issues

-Components suppliers’ qualification for assemblies

- Follow critical reworks - IRT

- Specification changes monitoring

- Incoming inspections: perform, training, support to supplier...

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualification /Training: Mechanics engineer

Complementary Training: Quality management, ISO 9001 and process audits

Profile: It is needed a technically autonomous person who can prioritize tasks. On the other hand, it is important communication and leadership skills are well developed. It is needed a dynamic person, proactive, used to work on quality teams, strict and with good communication skills.

Languages/Level: Fluent English

Experience: 3 years as process engineer in similar assemblies and components

ACCIONA Windpower, is the ACCIONA's subsidiary company that works on the design, manufacture, field assembly and marketing of wind turbines, based on the experience of the group to which it belongs in the operation and maintenance of wind power facilities worldwide. It produces 1,500 kW and 3,000 kW wind turbines which have been designed from the point of view of the wind farm operator interested in achieving the best performance throughout the working life of the machine.

For years after having launched the AW-1500 -one of the most reliable wind turbines in the market of the megawatt segment- in 2004, ACCIONA Windpower introduced the new AW-3000 at Windpower 2008 Exhibition in Houston (Texas, USA). It is based on the same concept of strong, reliable and durable wind turbine as its successful predecessor and extent our capacity to meet the rising market expectations. In September 2008 the AW-3000 was introduced in Europe (PowerExpo, Zaragoza).

Wind turbine assembly plants

ACCIONA Windpower has five wind turbine manufacturing facilities, three in Spain, one in the USA and one in Brazil. Their total annual production capacity is 4,000 MW. ACCIONA Windpower also has an assembly plant for hubs and other components in Toledo (Spain) and has opened a blade production plant in Navarre (Spain) in 2009.


Turbines in wind parks in twelve countries
By the end of 2012 ACCIONA Windpower had installed wind turbines in wind farm in different countries as: Spain, the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, China, South Korea, Italy, Greece, France, Poland, Brazil, the UK.

A good part of these projects have been (or will be) carried out by other companies with which ACCIONA Windpower has signed contracts for the supply of turbines. This modality will increase over the next few years.
