-  负责编写并审核机电包的工作范围及技术标准

-  在机电设备选型时，评估全生命周期成本

-  对设计院的机电专业施工图进行可施工性审图

- 根据合同及技术要求审核进场的机电材料及设备

- 机电安装的质量和进度监管及问题跟踪，确保机电安装工作在可控状态

- 审核现场机电安装相关的变更单

- 主导机电安装的测试调试工作，包括审核承包商的测试调试计划及协调政府，业主及其它承包商工作。

-  能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作。

岗位要求

-  大学本科或以上相关专业(暖通，动力或给排水等)学历

-  五年以上相关外资工业项目管理经验

-  熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规

-  能处理多事项并管理优先性

- 能够主动发现问题并想办法解决问题

- 优秀的沟通能力和关注细节

-  英语说写能力良好

-  良好的协作和团队合作能力
