职务 Position Title:  Receptionist/ Office Admin 

汇报对象 Reports to: Regional Manager, North China 

职位目的 Position Purpose:

Altium newly established a new office in Beijing. The Receptionist/ Office Admin is to support the RM of North China to provide day-to-day administrative and HR supports to the team, in order to keep the new office's smoothly running. 

职责 Key Responsibilities 

1.         Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the company`s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. 

2.         Organizing people service functions (including front desk services, visitors support, on-boarding services, interface with other teams, day-to-day business operation support) in an efficient and helpful way. 

3.         Manage the facilities, environment and safety; To plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the company`s resources effectively. 

4.         Select, review and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example, cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the company receives satisfactory standards of service. 

5.         Share the company and departmental information with the colleagues, as well as the feedback.

资质 Qualifications 

1. High level of interpersonal skills; 

2. Trouble shooting;

3. Confidence to effectively communicating with internal and external people from a variety of backgrounds;

4. More than 3 years working experience in both HR and administrative functions;

5. Full understanding and commitment to people services;

6. The ability to plan and organize workloads and determining priorities consistent with the changing needs of the services;

7. Advanced MS Office skills;

8. Advanced bilingual communication skills: Mandarin & English.
