Overview

Responsibilities

- Monitoring of the monthly billing and budget preparation

- Managing and meeting all work requirements and deadlines, enhance the efficiency of various reports submission

- Assist and alleviate the administrative work for department heads

- Monitoring of aged debtors

- Arrange meetings and business trips

- Manage new joiner arrangements

- Well plan of staff training so that every staff can enroll all the mandatory and update courses for the year and arrange cancellations if appropriate

- As the information centre for the group admin, staffing, training, headcount and fees, etc

- Assist in Ad hoc projects

- Assist in group event / function

 

Requirements

- Degree holder with excellent administrative skills

- Good team player

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-starter with an analytical mind, good analytical skills

- Proactive approach to problem solving
