职位描述
1-Definition of the process and equipment
To define the equipment function and specification according to our true needs, providethe primary solution of the equipment. Validate the document with relatedparty. To define electrical, automatic and automation guidelines.
Study and launch the improvement & the innovation project foroptimizing existing process, improving the quality, getting the productivity. LADM& lean knowledge is needed.
To be familiar with MTO-CTO products, troubleshooting on line, analyze& solve the problem during the process improvement & innovation
Provide the support to all GSC Chinaarea, manage the projects in MTO-CTO cluster
2-Supplier mapping & management
Present the projectto purchasing team, define the potential supplier mapping. Controlthe cost structure of the deliverable. To work with the suppliers on theirproposals to get agreement on the equipment conception. Complete the supplier selection withteam. Control and manage the performance of the supplier, develop their competency.
3-Investment approval linked with theROI
To complete the investment analysis and form, follow up the procedure of approved, work together with related person to follow up the finance procedure such aspayment, goods receiving, etc…
4-Equipment realization andqualification in time
To follow up the equipment schedule as well as theproject planning, supportsupplier to finish the deliverable on time. Lead the qualification progress and output the official reportfor each deliverables. And requestequipment modifications if needed. Follow up the process audit in Plant. Ensure the deliverable could be usedon time, and the project is successful.
5-Support plant to improve the productivity and launch theinnovation on existing process as well as product.
To support maintenance team to reducethe breakdown of the product line, Support plant to create their own competency of equipment development, find theopportunity to improve existing equipment to increase the capacity. Consume therisk (or potential risk) on the product line. Study for technical innovation onexisting process.
6-Competencydevelopment.
Continue develop / improve the self competency & knowledge to keepthe advanced methodology on our manufacturing engineering.
Support & help others team members to improve overall technicallevel of the team.
Keep good relationship and network with broader field, to be the contactwindow to link with BU, CE (also for out of the =S=) to ensure higher level ofadvanced technical application.
Education:
Bachelor degree of mechanical, electrical, automatic
Job Related Experience:
More than 10 years as automatic mechanism designer, knowledge of ergonomics
More than 5 years as equipment designer + 5 years as maintenance or method engineer knowledge of ergonomics
>6 =S= experience is necessary (Edison Level 1 is preferred)
Business Understanding:
Mechanical: mechanism design, mechanical parts manufacturing & treatment
Automation: Schneider PLC programming, servo motor control, HMI
Product design: to be familiar with MTS-MTO product is necessary
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Average English level & Windows environment
Advanced level of Auto CAD, SolidWorks for mechanical engineer
