工作职责：

Foods ingredients - Sourcing 食品原料及辅料采购资源方面

1, Actively search and identify potential new suppliers for Bakkavor China

为百卡弗中国采购部积极开发和拓展新供应渠道和供应商

2, Make suggestions / proposal on best sourcing strategy for each product to deliver best prices / Quality / Safety of supply

为建立最优的采购策略献计献策，确保以最好的价格采购最高品质的安全产品

3, Make suggestions / proposal on the choice of potential contract suppliers to deliver sourcing strategy

为潜在合同供应商的挑选及采购策略的贯彻实施提供有效的建议和意见

4, Contracted suppliers: Negociate best contract terms from selected suppliers including prices, payment terms and logistics solutions

对于长期合作的合同供应商：负责进行有效的商务洽谈以获得***的合同供应条款包括价格、付款方式及物流发运安排等

5, Spot purchase suppliers: Negociate best possible price and deliver according to customer requirements

对于短期现货交易的供应商：通过商务洽谈获取最好的价格并能满足客户对于产品供应的所有要求

Purcasing operation - 采购业务操作方面

1, Once contract is confirmed, take full responsibity to manage suppliers to deliver to 6 factories following contract terms

合同确认后，将负责承担对于供应商的管理运营，以使其能完全按合同约定的条款执行，并协调产品的供应发运至百卡弗中国的6家工厂

2, Keep good coordination with suppliers and 6 factories for dealing with all affairs between suppliers and factories;

负责保持协调好供应商和百卡弗中国6家工厂的采购团队，已应对双方之间的合作协调事务；

3, Follow up the suppliers site audit arrangement by Technical dept. and keep all the audit report be in file;

负责跟进技术部对供应商的现场质量技术审核的安排，并为所有供应商审核报告进行建档维护工作；

4, Support to develop and source the new ingredient raw material required by NPD Dept., and help NPD to cosider how to implement in factories;

支持研发部门所需要的新品原料的开发和采购，并对如何在工厂落地提供建议和意见

5, Support to provide the related informaiton for cost card prepared by Financial dept. and new product launch report prepared by Sales dept.;

支持财务部制定成本卡和销售部新品上市计划书的准备所需要的相关信息

6, Maintain the PPV system, support to give data analysis and file the related documents

负责采购价格比对系统的更新完善，提供数据分析及完成相关文件的归档工作

任职资格：

1,Education 教育与专业：

University degree with major in Food， Procurement, Logistics, IT related.

食品、采购、物流或计算机等相关专业大学毕业

2,Prof.Knowledge 专业知识：

Professional knowledge fitting the position.

具备该工作岗位应有的专业知识。

Understand Foods industrial like as bakery,eggs, dairy, poultry, packageing etc.

了解食品行业原材料及相关包装等

3,Experience 工作经验：

Over 3 years related working experience， FMCG experience is prefered.

3年以上相关工作经验，快消行业采购经验优先

Experience with an international company and exposure to international Quality standards

具备在国际性公司工作的经验，并对国际质量标准体系的运作有一定的经验

4,Skills & Competency 技能要求:

Good command of English, good PC skills

良好的英语听说能力，及良好的电脑操作能力

Good communication and interpersonal skills, planning and analytial thinking

良好的人际关系及沟通能力，良好的计划和分析能力

Convincing and influencing, Customer orientation.

能以客户为中心，具备良好的说服力及影响力

5,Other Requirement 其他:

Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, carefullness, honest

诚实可信、认真仔细、责任心强、自治力好

Available to travel
