Objective Summary

Taking lead in a mixed-use project in Shanghai and monitoring every step of development from design to execution. Demonstrating extensive knowledge and ability on technical aspect, quality control, financial and project planning to fulfill project goals to the highest standard.

Tasks

1. Reporting to GM /DGM of project company, departments within the Shun Tak Group;

2. Based in Shanghai, leading a team and responsible for construction project with office, hotel, retail and entertainment functions; Focus on design management job while supervise the whole project department.

3. Coordinating internal department and external parties for project execution

4. Developing detailed project plan, tracking progress and ensuring quality and safety standards being met;

5. Supervise the design units and master the design progress according to the construction situation；

6. Examine the design results of different specialties at different stages and check the quality of the design results；

7. Managing performance of consultants and external parties;

8 Managing changes to the project scope, project Design schedule, and project Design costs using appropriate verification techniques;

9 Liaising with government authority.

Requirements

1. Degree in Architecture or Building Surveying or Building Services;

2. Qualified Architect with 20+ years of experience in Hong Kong/China with experience in managing a team of at least 15 staffs;

3. Experience in large scale mixed used development in Shanghai;

4. Experience in working with Hong Kong developers, and other consultants from overseas/local;

5. Familiar with various types of construction related contracts such as “Guarantee Max Price”;

6. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
