职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Play as an individual role to ensure the appropriate and accurate flow of Diesel stock throughout the Retail business and to assist in the Retail merchandising process.
Job Requirements:
· University degree or above.
· 2-3 years of experience in retail allocation, Fashion industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, knowledge in Retail Pro is an advantage
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Detail conscious and good time management
- Good commend of both English and Chinese, both oral and written
Job Description:
Management of a smooth product flow
· Liaison with HQ customer service, local Customer Service, logistics and buying team to ensure the stock availability with correspondence to product launch date per forecast needs.
· Unblock the stocks and make sales orders in S3K system according to the launch plan developed for retail stores, to make weekly unit forecast and communication to ensure correct mix of stock is achieved to stores.
· Arrange weekly by store allocation deliveries in S3K for FTS (Free To Sell) replenishment per stock and sales data supported by Retail Pro system.
· Arrange season end stock return via joint work with Planning, Sales Operation, Retail Stores and logistics team.
· Update Retail Price, store code in S3K, GRS and Retail Pro system as needed.
Reporting
· Update stock, sales and KPI related data in “data warehouse” on weekly basis for whole planning team by getting full use of Retail Pro, on line reporting package and BI Portal system.
· Update data in existing report for in season analysis on regular basis
· Other ad-hoc data/analysis needed
Communications
· Work closely with other Planning team members to ensure all store quires are answered timely and effectively.
· Work closely with stores and store managers, build strong working relationship and gain a full understanding of field sales that related to retail stock planning.
· Work closely and build close working relationship with HQ Customer Service team, local logistics team, buying team, Visual Merchandising team in terms of chasing delivery, store operation, visual display and other stock related matters.
