Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

1、Ensure all company’s training program, including SG,SB,SS could run smoothly and comply with training and competence process/ 保证公司培训项目，包括入职培训，基础培训，特殊培训都能够运行正常，符合培训流程

2、 Ensure all training system such as SKILL, E-learning, etc. could run properly /

保证公司培训系统，包括e-learning ,SKILL等可以良好运行

3、 Management and control of the training documents in the system/ 管理与控制系统培训文件

4、 Being an active support for all training related activities for the Training Administrator /

为培训主管在所有培训相关活动提供有力支持

5、 Explain any technical questions related to training module to the company’s trainees /

与公司受训者解释任何与培训模块相关的技术问题

6、 Other training administrative related task per Training Administrator’s assignment /

根据培训主管的指示完成其他培训管理相关任务

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

1、Bachelor degree from college or university /大学专科或本科学历

2、HR or Administrative studies are preferred / 人事或管理专业者更佳

3、At least 4 years working experience in similar position / 在相关领域有四年的工作经验

4、 Experience in manufacturing training department is preferred / 具有生产制造培训部门经验者更佳

5、Worked with on line training system is preferred / 具备在线培训培训系统工作经验者更佳

6、Fluent English speaking / 英语口语流利

7、MS office tools proficiency / 熟练操作办公软件

8、Organized and work under pressure / 做事有条不紊，可在压力下工作

9、 Good training skills / 娴熟的培训技能

10、Excellent communication skill / 卓越的沟通技巧

11、Must be comfortable with multiple tasks / 能够接受多重任务

12、Aerospace requirements knowledge/ 具备航空要求方面的知识
