What you are going to do?

• Representing the client’s or company’s interests while pursuing the project’s goal.
• Assist project manager to Organize various professional people working on a project, to empower them to fit perfectly in the team.
• Assist project manager to Make sure all the aims of the project are met in the required time.
• Use appropriate tools or IT systems to keep track of people and project deliverables.
• Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Oversee the accounting, costing and billing.
• Organize work schedule of the whole service team; delegating service tasks to team members; monitoring, reviewing and improving plan.
• Hold regular meetings with involved stakeholders to ease their concerns.
• Arrange on job training for new staffs.

What is our expectation to you?

• At least 1 year working experience
• Theoretical knowledge on Project management
• Testing or Automotive project management engineering experience is a plus
  
• Theoretical knowledge on Project management, PMP Certificate is a plus
• Capable of reading the drawings like flow chart, layout, etc.
• Capable of using excel to do statistics and create charts.
  
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
