1. 负责量产产品质量方面的工作，组织AMC进行问题解决活动，开展持续改进活动；

In charge of mass production quality job, organize AMC team to solve the problem and do continuous improvement;

2. 负责不合格品的日常分析和处理，协调可疑品的控制（包括GP12）；

In charge of non-conformity daily analysis and disposition, also coordinate to hold of all suspect products (GP12);

3. 主导问题解决跨功能小组运用8D过程：

Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:

a) 为了解决问题和验证顾客或奥托立夫关注项，分析任何产品的不符合;

To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern.

b) 根据需要，和CQS沟通和跟踪8D；

To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need.

c) 分析内部PPM，发起持续改进的行动（如PDCA，标准化，防错，产品变更，RPN降低）；

To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction);

4. 检查是否其它ALV工厂有影响，运用AS53（Q Alert）；

Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS 53 (Q Alert) ;

5. 控制计划的更新，确保质量计划文件总是更新（如PFMEA, SWI, visual aids…）；

Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA, SWI, visual aids);

6. 确认OPI 4的行动计划正确有效；

Verify OPI 4 actions is correct and effective;

7. 参与产品/过程/Dock审核（包括AS67）；

8. 通过积极的参与，支持LESSON LEARNED的实施和维护；

Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement;

9. 负责完成上级交办的其他事务；

Fulfill other business required by Superior;
