职位描述：

1.负责直营店的日常工作，对员工进行考勤、考核、监督及日常工作表现，激发导购工作热情，及时向部门经理反映员工动态并对员工进行培训及思想沟通工作。管理店面及商品卫生、店员服饰卫生等；

2.店铺的货品管理，包括陈列、价格价签、配送、损耗等工作；负责盘点、对帐、帐簿制作、商品交接的准确无误；

3. 解决顾客的投诉、协助部门经理与所在店内或外界的沟通与协调；

4. 调节店内购物气氛，依据品牌的特色和风格执行销售策略，定期促销，增加销售；

5. 了解周围品牌的产品情况及销售情况，登记并提供每天销量及店内客流量资料；

6. 总结每周销售情况，及时调整货品场景陈列。

7. 协调好个方面关系，保证订单及时、准确发放

岗位资格要求：

1.25-30岁，本科及以上经济类专业，英文流利，熟练使用办公软件；

2.3年以上经营管理工作经验，1年以上销售队伍管理、促销管理或督导工作经验；

3.熟悉店面日常运作流程，能够独立并带领其他店员出色完成任务；

4.具备较强的店铺管理能力、业务能力和部属带教能力，良好的导购培训、管理和激励能力；

5.优秀的店铺管理和促销现场管理能力，良好的客户沟通与谈判能力；

6.具有良好的操守和高尚的道德，有较强的凝聚力、向心力和亲和力；

7.较强的数据分析和计划提案能力，良好的服务意识和技巧，优秀的中英文口语表达能力。

Store Manager

Lollipop's Gubei store has been in every Shanghai parent's little black book since it opened in 2007 and now theyare expanding,with a new flagship in Puxi and another two branches in Pudong and 1 branch in Ningbo..

This is first-rate child friendly shopping: aisles are stroller-friendly,there is a play area,nappy changing station and coffee for shoppers needing a boost. The spacious two floors hold everything from strollers and cots to breast-feeding equipment, with the top brands-think Wobabybasics,Appaman and Stokke.

Lollipop is growing its reach from Hongqiao to the former French concession and to Pudong and Ningbo.New brands include Stilltee,a tea for lactating moms from Germany,Bambam gift items from Holland,and Weleda,organic toiletries for mom and baby.

Lollipop is seeking to enlarge its dynamic team with great sales staff.

RESPONSABILITIES

- Welcome customers in the shop, answer their enquiries

- Sell products, make additional sales

- Record sales, wrap items

- Restock shelves and make sure merchandise is presented neatly with prices

- Organize the storage room

- Manage the stores, plan and finish the monthly sales objective with the whole team.

- Training the staff regularly according to the requirements

- Store inventory, restock ordering

- Deal with customer complaints with good manner

SKILLS

- Chinese native

- Excellent English speaking skills

- Energetic and passionate

- Ideally good looking, dynamic and smiling woman who loves being in contact with customers

- Reliable, efficient, flexible, easy-going + like team-spirits.

- Store manager working experience in western company prefered

- Willing coach and lead big sales team to achieve sales target and to be success.
