RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ - Work with engineering team for capital project procurements

？ - Assist procurement manager to prepare project procurement plan

？ - Send request for quotation to qualified suppliers and expedite the quote back within committed days

？ - Negotiates contract terms and conditions with local/regional suppliers to ensure optimum price competitiveness and service levels are maintained.

？ - Work with engineering team to complete technical bid and commercial bid evaluation

？ - Issue Purchase order on time ensuring accuracy of order placement, method of shipment, and payment terms etc.

？ - Assist, as required, in the development of contract strategy, sourcing strategy, quality management, supplier selection, resolving supplier performance related issues and improvement of procurement processes.

？ - Provide local and regional input to RFQs when working with Senior Procurement Specialist or Category & Sourcing Manager.

？ - Assist department manager for the daily department management

？ - Assist on the cost stack study, spend analysis and interaction with finance team

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

？ - 0~5 year working experience, engineering project experience is preferred

？ - BS or MS in engineering or related

？ - Energetic, passionate, effective and attentive

？ - Quick learner , result driven

？ - Fluent English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)

？ - Be excellent at excel skills

？ - Excellent communication skills
