Position Summary:
The position provides overall opportunity of mangement and supports for subsequent projects, oversees selection and implementation of the applications and/or services or upgrades to existing on-premises applications, and drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results. The position also assists in coordinating maintenance and enhancement efforts to leverage enterprise resources, knowledge and best practices. This position ensures the successful transfer of knowledge from the implementation team to the post implementation support organization and to all employees affected by the implementation. The position works closely with business and technical leadership, serving as an expert resource, bringing forth opportunities to leverage ERP initiatives to better the business and influence decisions regarding business process changes.

· Analysis, design and transfer of business requirements into an SAP ECC7 landscape.
· Major contribution in architecting solutions.
· Implementation of data models, reports and applications.
· Customizing and programming.
· Development of training material, configuration and process documentations and organization of training courses
· Preparing system documentation.
· Work to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
· Proactively monitor the systems ensure availability of data.
· Improvement and maintenance of systems to include rollout and upgrades.
· Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
· Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
· Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
· Identify and evaluate industry trends to serve as a source of information and advice for upper management.
· Conducts detailed analysis sessions with end users and business.
· Defines functional business requirements.
· Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users.
· Troubleshoots functional issues.
· Revise company definition of data as defined in data dictionary.
· Collaborates with Global Centers of Excellence for the respective technology tower.
· Work with vendor project teams on implementation projects.
· Provide Level 3 support of Harman Financial applications.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
· Demonstrated experience (More than 7 years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization.
· Must have these technical skills: SAP FICO and all sub-modules within (ie. AA,CC, PS, etc.) in New G/L environment.
· Expertise in Project Management Methodology.
· Experience in handling Vendor teams.
· Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
· A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
· Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
· Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.
· Experience with outsourcing, contracts, and in managing virtual teams.
· Fluent English speaking
· Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification from recognized authority preferred (e.g., Agile or PMP certification) for international projects or global rollouts, and experience in leading internationally distributed teams.
· Three to five years of leadership responsibility managing small to mid size teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
· Willingness to travel 20%.
· Ability to influence and drive change.
· Familiarity with Open Text, FSCM, Treasury management tools and applications
· Possess skills in cross-cultural awareness, influence, communication, and problem solving.
· Acting proactive and independent in a global organization.
· Willingness to provide on-call support and resolve major incidents during weekends and out of business hours in case of emergency.
