Detail JD：

Position:  Clerk-Financial & Risk Control Department

Tasks (Primary):

  

1. Responsible for performing daily risk control function (both intra-day and end of day) ；

2. Nostro Reconciliation daily/weekly/monthly；

3. Prepare daily risk reports and file all to HO’s folders before 3 p.m.

4. Investigate discrepancies (if any) and report outcome to both Local and Regional  Head of Financial and Risk Control；

5. Prepare daily general lending and nostro & deposit reports；

6. Monitor FX risk, liquidity risk, EOD position and counterparty exposure versus authorised limits on intra-day (3pm)  and end of day basis；

7. Check suspense a/c movement monthly；

8. Review and investigate movement of rate and CNY swap points；

9. Reconcile INDINCYTD；

10. Responsible for safeguarding that the limits delegated from Head Office are not exceeded and that control procedures are operated independently from the business units；

11. Report any excess of limits and discrepancies to both the Local and Regional Head of Financial & Risk Control promptly；

12. Daily monitoring and reporting of deal amendment and cancellation；

13. Any other tasks as directed by the Regional/Local Head of Financial and Risk Control.

                          

 

  

Tasks (Month-End Support)

  

1. Prepare monthly HO report (LCR, ICM, Average) and internal report；

2. Journal entry input；

3. Co-ordinator for monthly OPRA meeting；

4. Maintain copies and proper filing of all accounting and risk related reports and records.

    

          

Tasks - Back up:

  

1. Prepare daily liquidity ratio and CAR ratio；

2. Prepare daily liquidity projection and check the differences ；

3. Prepare daily PBOC Report ；

4. Daily reconcile the PBOC RMB account；

5. Tax related matters .
