岗位职责：

1、负责本部门安全环保工作并对生产管理负全面责任；

2、组织建立和完善生产管理各项制度、规范、流程；
3、编制生产计划，检查生产工作，确保生产任务的完成；
4、开展新项目工艺和设备调试、不断优化改进设备和工艺并最终定型 ；
5、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
6、负责生产中的技术和质量保证工作，发现问题及时组织解决和处理；
7、生产设备管理，定期组织维修保养，提高设备利用率；
8、负责本部门人员培训、考核、稳定等工作。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，精细化工、食品工程、机械制造等相关专业；
2、5年以上相关行业生产现场管理工作经验；
3、精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程，熟悉制造企业生产、物流和技术内部的运营流程；
4、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
5、有很好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the safety and environmental protection of the department and take full responsibility for production management ;
2. Organize, establish and improve the production management systems, norms and procedures;
3. Prepare production plans, check production work, and ensure the completion of production tasks;

4. Carry out new project process and equipment commissioning, continuously optimize and improve equipment，process and finalize the design;
5. Organize and implement the process, quality, equipment, cost and output index during the production process;
6. Responsible for the technical and quality assurance work in production, and find the solution to the problem and deal with it in time;
7. Mange production equipment, regular maintenance and improve equipment utilization;
8. Responsible for the staff training, assessment and stability of the department.
 
Requirements：
1. Junior College or above, major in fine chemistry, food engineering, mechanical manufacturing, etc.;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in field management of related industry;
3. Familiar with product quality specification and production standard, and also familiar with product technical characteristics, production process, manufacturing company's production, logistics and internal technical operational processes;
4. Have strong abilities in quality management, process optimization, organizing ability, good analysis and problem solving;
5. Good leadership, organizational coordination, communication and executive ability, etc.
