KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Platform Operation and Maintenance

· Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the corporate website and all social media platform (such as Webchat, Youtube).

· Ensure the Wechat & Wesite user interface and visual design in a scientific and state-of-the-art style. · Manage domain registration and web server hosting.

· Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.

· Work closely with 3rd-party vendor to develop new features to meet marketing / branding strategy. · Perform keyword research on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in the multiple digital channels.

· Monitor the effect and feedback after publication. Analyze the website and WeChat performance metrics.

2. Information Publication Process and Content Management

· Build partnership with associated divisions and external parties for content creation, control the quality and creativity of the content provided by each of the internal sections, and ensure regular content release

. Coordinate the media content production and publication across the divisions / functions.

· Streamline and standardize the content creation, approval and quality control process.

3. Project Delivery

· Participation in project implementation and execution.

· Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, experience, skills&abilities

· Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Digital Technology or equivalent.

· Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry is desirable.

· 3+ years’ experience with website, digital media operations and SEO/SEM is a must.

· Technical Web and Mobile programming skills (such as HTML5, DSP, JSP) is a must.

· Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.

· Good documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Teamwork spirit, customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility.

· Innovated, open minded, highly motivated thinking and willingness to initiate new things.
