岗位职责：

1.负责客户热线咨询、回访、信息查询及常见问题的解答工作；

2.接听客户电话时必须使用文明用语，热情周到、认真负责；

3.重视每一位客人，记录好客人给予的宝贵意见和建议，并及时上报到相关负责人。并要有备案；

4.具备良好的职业操守，努力学习相关知识，提高服务技能和综合素质；

5.服从直接上级领导的工作安排和管理；

1.性别不限；大专以上学历，一年以上工作经验；

2.声音甜美，普通话标准，吐字清楚；会说上海话从优考虑；
