Description:

Supervise a group of simulation engineers and engaged in a number of
closely related functions. Perform administrative duties and interpret or
administer policies and procedures within an engineering work group.

Lead
the CFD simulation task

Responsibilities:

·
Trains develops and evaluates employees.

·
Regular contact with others outside the work
group.

·
Manages work load/assignments for
engineers/designers.

Be an expert for CFD and can develop CFD model for engine fuel injection
spray. Additional 1-D simulation like GT-Power is preferred

Qualifications:

Education:

·
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or
Electrical/Electronic Engineering required, Ph. D preferred

Experience/Special Skills:

·
5+ years’ experience in CFD analysis

·
Highly proficient with commercial CFD software Star CD, Converge, Fluent
etc.

·
Extensive knowledge of Engine Management System components analysis

·
Solid analytical problem solving skills

·
Strong leadership

·
Excellent language skills in oral and written English
