Job Responsibility/岗位职责：

1.Before coming into operation, to deal with safety supervision and examination and approval; to establish security organization and first aid team member; to carry out the emergency phone, emergency vehicles, the hospital; to establish safety management document and security visual board;  to set up site exit, escape routes, assembly area, the dangerous goods store etc.

办理开工前安全监审和安全开工审批；建立安全组织、急救员队伍；落实应急电话、应急车辆、施救医院；设立安全管理文档及安全目视看板；设立现场出入通道、逃生路线、集合点、危险品存储区等标识。

2.In charge to give safety training to the staffs of the company and the subcontractors; to audit and control the subcontractors and construction safety information; must to inspect the safety in site every day; have the safety meeting at least once a week; to organize at least one emergency evacuation drill during the installation and commissioning stage.

负责对本公司及分包单位进场人员进行安全培训；对分包单位进场人员、施工安全资料等进行审核、把关；每天必须到现场进行安全巡查；每周至少召集一次安全例会；安装及调试阶段应分别组织1次应急疏散演习。

3.According to the site condition, standardize and take protective measures timely. Once finding safety risks or danger, immediately stop the construction and ask to rectify; guide and supervise the subcontractor's construction safety and environmental protection measures; timely response to the complaints of related owner and urge to protect the owner of the property.

根据现场情况，及时规范采取防护措施。发现安全隐患或险情，立即阻止施工，责令整改；指导及监督分包商的施工安全与环境保护措施；及时应对业主的相关投诉，督促保护好业主的财产。

4.Under the leadership of the foreign site manager, to complete all kinds of statistics, record and sorting and filing the safety management data; according to the rules, provide timely related report to the company safety manager; when the accident happens, it must be timely to report to project manager, site manager and security manager.

在外方现场经理的领导下，做好各类统计、记录和安全管理资料的整理归档工作；按规定及时给公司安全主管提供相关报告；发生事故，必须及时向项目经理、现场经理及公司安全主管通报。

5. Other safety related tasks assigned by project manager or site manager. 项目经理和现场经理安排的其它现场安全相关工作。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and major in General safety technology or Safety Engineering.

本科，通用安全技术或安全工程等

2. At least 3 years' relevant working experience

至少三年相关工作经验

3.Safety Engineer Certificate or Safety management person certification

具有安全员证或安全生产管理员证书

4. Good oral and written English skills

良好的英语听说读写能力

5. Good knowledge of site construction safety management.

具备现场施工安全管理知识

6. Could accept long term business trip in project site

能接受长期在项目现场出差
