Company Description

Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).

In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).

1.？？？？？？ Develop Strategy & Roadmap of Bosch Car Service collaboration with 3rd party partners

2.？？？？？？ Find valued partners to deliver business target

3.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of 3rd party offers, including policy/incentive/promotion/tool development & deployment, clear value proposition to BCS & franchise customers is a must

4.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of 2B deployment to implement promotion plan with franchise workshop customers

5.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of tool development & deployment with Digital PM

6.？？？？？？ Contribute to BCS Membership System to increase car driver intimacy

7.？？？？？？ Coordinate Roll-out and improvement plan based on NPS

8.？？？？？？ Enable 3rd party collaboration to achieve business intelligence

9.？？？？？？ Contribute to AA ecosystem

Qualifications

1.？？？？？？ More than 5 year experience in automotive

2.？？？？？？ More than 3 year experience in NEV business

3.？？？？？？ Strong business development skill

4.？？？？？？ Strong Communication skill

5.？？？？？？ Project management experience

6.？？？？？？ Logical and structured working style

7.？？？？？？ Able to deliver with can-do attitude

8.？？？？？？ Fluent English is a plus
