? 1.根据公司的在线教育产品与目标客户群,招募符合合作要求的代理商 ;
? 2.负责代理商体系的建立、维护和管理 ;
? 3.协助并管理代理商达成业务拓展目标。

任职资格:
? 1. 大学本科学历,软件、网络、市场营销等相关专业;
? 2. 3年以上软件或网络产品销售、市场管理工作经验,对教育和企业培训行业客户有深刻的认识和了解,有丰富的金融行业客户开拓经验以及客户资源积累;
? 3.性格开朗,能够承受工作压力,有市场拓展和客户开发能力;
? 4.具备较强的分析、策划、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
? 5.有强烈的事业心和成就欲望,具备团队意识,善于组织、协调管理团队成员达成目标;
? 6.具备较强的产品宣讲和说服能力,合同谈判能力;
? 7.能适应出差。
