工作职责:
1. Assist China HR Head to smoothly deliver integration program among the organization
2. Proactively design and develop initiatives in term of changing management
3. Take lead national-wide internal and external communication initiatives or programmes when drive change
4. Play a leadership role in culture transformation through various activities and programs to ensure way of working is recognised and rooted in employees daily work
5. Build up employer brand via comprehensive plan implemented
6. Work closely with each department heads to design programs to enhance cross functional team work
7. Take lead of assessment of organization and talent capability, identify the gap, work closely with L&D leader and talent acquisition to figure out the total solution of capabilities building
8. Manage third party or consultant to design or development workshops to ensure organization integration meeting company’s expectation
9. Among with business development, proactively take part in organization redesign and adjustment, strive organization development to support business achievement
10. From organization perspective, provide strategic guideline in staffing plans in short terms & long terms, work out strategic talent development plan and talent acquisition plan in short term and long term with L&D and Hiring team

1. At least 7 years experience in HR
2. Rich experiences in change management & organization development
3. Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills
