1. Lead sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth of all Morgan Electrical Carbon products (Pantograph Collectors, Carbon Brushes, Grounding devices, ect.) in China Rail transportation market, including Metro and Light Rail lines, High Speed train, main rail lines, as well as emerging tram lines in different cities.

2. Responsible for annual revenue and gross margin budget for Rail transportation product in China market, deliveries of monthly result and sales forecast

3. Deeply understand market trend, customer current and future needs, customer pains, and continually update marketing strategy and direct product development pipelines.

4. Deeply and widely collect and understand competition intelligence, and form Morgan corresponding strategy and tactics.

5. Communicate with global product team to coordinate customer activities and internal alignment for product management and development, marketing activities, ect.

6. Develop and manage distribution partners where needed.

职位要求：

1. Bachler or above degree in related education background, mechanical, electrical, rail transportations, ect.

2. More than 5 year sales experiences in China Rail transportation market, experiences of selling products to CRRC group and Metro lines are of good plus.

3. Proved experiences of leading a sales team above 5 team members.

4. Fluent English in both writing and speaking

5. Proved capability and experiences of key account management, develop and maintain strong customer relationship
