岗位职责：

  1、制定部门销售业务目标并协调安排本部员工的工作，带领部门员工共同完成目标；

  2、指导和辅导下属人员的工作，确保所有员工完成分配的业绩目标；

  3、组织安排部门的专业知识和业务技能培训，提升员工的工作技能和专业水平；

  4、检查、督促部门员工每天保质保量做好客户回访、追踪、服务和维护工作；

  5、安排督促部门员工做好客户信息的收集和反馈；

6、定期（每周/月）统计部门跟进客户的有关数据和情况并反馈给上级；

7、完成直接上级交给的其他工作。

  

  任职要求：

  1、大专及以上学历，具有2年以上（保险、微商、直销、美容、培训）销售团队管理经验；

  2、具有较强的市场开拓及业务谈判能力、较强的团队管理及沟通协调能力；

  3、具备演讲能力、团队领导力和管理能力、计划组织与推进能力；

  4、有极强的责任感、事业心和全局意识；

  5、具有良好的职业操守，杰出的市场拓展能力和沟通表达能力，有足够的抗压能力。

  6、懂等级分销体系，有一定客户资源及广泛人脉关系者优先。
