1、负责各类客户的平面设计工作，能够独立平面广告、宣传单、海报、VI等平面设计；

2、与团队成员一同进行创意设计，并独立承接设计项目，能够把握客户需求，高效按时地完成设计项目，并保证设计质量；

3、根据要求进行平面广告设计的创意方向，确保创意设计符合要求；

4、能独立、高效、按时按点完成客户要求的创意设计，并根据客户要求进行相应调整；

5、管理整个设计团队，保证团队高效运营。

职位要求：

1、美术、平面设计、广告设计等相关专业毕业；

2、出色的创意思维和表达能力，沟通协调能力强，责任心强，团队意识强，有带团队经验者优先

3、有在4A广告公司、高端化妆品客户工作经验者优先；
