Job brief

We are looking for a technician to take routine test including compatibility, chromatography (GC+IC), Titration, intermiscibility, flammability, vapor liquid equilibriums etc. The technician is responsible for measuring fundamental physical properties of different materials and mixtures of different. The successful candidate will support and work closely with discovery team, application team, and technical service team for any property-related request.

Responsibilities

· Test compatibility of refrigerant, oil and other material.

· Test post-samples from compatibility for chromatography (GC+IC) and titration.

· Work with Sr. Engineer to establish new equipment.

· Communicates with project team member and execute relevant trial, summarize result and get feedback.

· Takes real experimental record, release reliable and accurate report and prompt to backup technician when required.

· Follows up rules from LPD, lab 5S & HSE requirements; Safety is first thing to do.

· Obligates to ensure quality system based on SOP, Statistical process chart (SPC), Annual calibration, Proactive maintenance and Consumable inventory management.

· Strictly carries out sample received process (labeling, storage & disposal), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and Chemical Inventory System (CIS).

· Takes ownership for assigned lab space and equipment and should keep them in order.

Requirements

· Education/Experience: Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of working experience or Master degree with minimum 1 year working experience, majors on analytical chemistry or physical chemistry is preferred.

· English skill with CET 4 or else.

· Solid knowledge or theory in analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis.

· Familiar with relevant analytical instruments and hands on experience in physical testing.

· Great passion and willingness to grab new skill.

· Quick learner and effective communicator. Team work spirit, customer focus and result-oriented.

· Strong execution capability and independent working capability.
