Job Responsibilities:

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

• Strategic marketing development of silage and dairy industry.

• Be responsible for delivering the sales target of silage inoculate in China.

• Maintain key customers relationship through understanding their needs

• Provide Monthly Sales forecast.

• Inventory management, following up import, storage, delivery and stock.

• Provide training to distributors/customers, provide service from field to silage bunker and silage analysis.

• Closely cooperate with sales / technical team in Denmark regarding sales / technical support.

• Support ruminant business in China.

• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualification & Experience:

• Major in agronomy or animal nutrition and health.

• At least 2-3 years working experience in agriculture.

• Multi-national company experience preferred.

Competencies:

• Self-motivated, mature and willing to travel.

• Good oral and written English, excellent communication skill.

• Team player.

• Driving license and safety driving habits.
