Essential Function 1: Supports the implementation of the group policy, the corporate strategies, action plans, standards and the compliance with laws and regulations in transport safety aspect in Greater China by:
1 Supporting GC logistics department in transports and warehouses management in ESH matters.
2 Auditing the suppliers of transport and warehouses together with logistics department.
3 Establishing and maintain the transport safety management system in Greater China
4 Leading Transport-Safety-team and provides guidance, programs, training to improve distribution safety.
5 Supporting sites for distribution safety management.
6 Reporting incidents from transports and warehouses and follow up for CAPA.
7 Developing the emergency response plan for transport safety and drill accordingly
8 Interaction with PS and SCM team as county TSA.
9 Supporting the management of wastes from warehousing
10 Monitor, collect, analyze and interpret the legal requirements for distribution safety.
Essential Function 2: Site ESHA operation
1 ESHA data collection and analysis
2 Be responsible for myLearning system management from Country ESHA aspect.
3 Supporting BU labs safety training, inspection as well as compliance.
4 Provide ESH knowledge to both internal and external parties for improving awareness of distribution safety


5 years working experience in transport & warehouse safety in chemical industries, familiar with IMDG, IATA, knowledge in ESH audit and training knowledge and experience for Chemicals production or operation is a plus
