岗位描述：

1. 开发阶段能独立完成功能模块的设计与开发，并保证过程、结果的合理和有效，对质量和安全性要求极高；

2. 负责高并发服务接口的设计，必须保证高可用性和合理性；

3. 迭代开发过程中，发现问题、推动问题解决，保证代码和和接口达到交付条件；

4. 负责转测后的问题单能高质量的闭环；

5. 频率输出总结文档，进行知识传递；

6. 配合周边组件需求按计划高质量完成版本开发；

7. 针对责任田内的缺陷进行分析，进行持续改进。

任职要求：

1. 5年及以上Java开发经验，第一学历211优先；

2. 对负责功能或者模块有独立认识，提供灵活的实现方式以满足长远的产品需求；

3. 熟练SpringBoot/SpringCloud或Dubbo技术，有微服务开发经验；

4. 熟悉Mysql、MQ、Zookeeper、Redis等常用中间件服务，并熟悉它们在各种场景中的优劣；

5. 拥有高并发开发经验，有调优经验；

6. 良好的表达能力，能协助团队中的其他人解决技术点；

7. 能快速独立分析解决生产系统问题，能快速形成较为成熟的解决方案；

8. 有上进心和良好的团队合作精神。

The plant is a modern industry facility with existing casting/machining equipment from Germany, Japan, Denmark and the US. Through this acquisition, the company is able to cover the strong customer demand in Asia market. May 2, 2017 Westron Group has signed the financing agreement with HDCapital of Tus-holdings for a financing plan up to 200 mil.
