1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Maintenance Supervisor is a position to lead maintenance engineer team to ensure production equipment being operated smoothly, guide maintenance engineer to develop TPM/PM instructions and provide training to technicians and operators, lead maintenance team to implement TPM/PM events.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

 Collect and analyze the running state data of the equipment and guide the maintenance engineer to make the corresponding TPM and PM plans.

 Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of all equipment, report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the managers of the affected area.

 Plan & Manage maintenance role on targets (MTTR, MTBF, Unplanned DT), define and supervise the implementation of corresponding action plans for exceeding target items.

 Determines proper staffing and skill levels for maintenance team, maintain a skillful and stable maintenance team.

 Organize resource to support and guide maintenance team for troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.

 Monitor the status of spare part/tooling, control maintenance cost within budget.

  

3.    KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

  Can speak English, communicate with foreigners and fluent at reading.

  Proficient in PLC control principle, capable of compiling or modifying PLC program.

  Understand process methods of operation and maintenance.  Must understand critical characteristics of component, process and equipment.

  Ability to understand and use Electronic, Electro-Mechanical and Pneumatic schematics or mechanical drawings to resolve various performance deficiencies.

  Ability to utilize critical thinking skills as applied to root-cause troubleshooting and analysis.

  Ability to update and maintain machine reference documents and technical procedures is desired.

  Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949).

  Familiar with automotive quality Management tools such as APQP&CP, FMEA, SPC

4.    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

Educational: Bachelor degree in related fields.

Experience: 8-10 years experience in the electronics/manufacturing fields.
