Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to VP Head of Commercial Operation Greater China

Accomplish confidential and ad hoc tasks for VP Head of Commercial Operation Greater China

Develop and proposal solutions to current problems / issues

Execute approved solution

Development, Coordination & Execution of department overlapping projects

Manage VPs Meetings in Organizing Travel schedule

Preparing, Verifying and Commenting meeting documents, presentations and back up information

Assist VP in drafting Reports, Proposals, Correspondence, Agendas and Memoranda

 

Travel policy and process management

 

Develop, evaluate and manage travel suppliers for APAC Region

 

Prepare and submit travel reports to Global Travel Office

 

Requirements:

Necessary education:  Bachelor degree

Personal skills:  Knowledge of the entire company

Demonstrate flexibility, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality

Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

Quality of internal and external relationships and contributing on team work spirit

Customer oriented

Ability and maturity to solve problems independently

Ability to handle the complexity of interfaces globally

Working experience (in years):

At least 5 years of working experience as a executive secretary in a multinational company

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

Excellent English & Chinese
