We are looking for a driven individual with shared passion for Beijing Kerry Centre loyalty program. The senior officer reports to Marketing manager directly and is responsible for all on-site execution and management.

 

What You’ll Do

Beijing Kerry Centre loyalty program execution and on-site management in Centres. Develop long-term relationship to enlarge member data base, control member quality, maintain member vitality and increase member satisfaction.

 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？   Beijing Kerry Centre loyalty program on-site management and execution.

？   Work together with Beijing Kerry Centre marketing team to reach goal of member recruitment and member engagement.

 

Who You’ll Work With

As a leader of Beijing Kerry Centre CRM team, you should work closely with marketing team for member benefits, events, design, communication and research within Beijing Kerry Centre. In the meantime, you should cooperate with other functional teams such as leasing team, customer service team ,property management team and office/apartment/hotel team for CRM operation. 

 

Who You Are

？   You should be passionate about resourcing benefit in loyalty program

？   You should be good at resource negotiation both internally and external.

？   You can adapt to changing demands and conditions, work on multiple projects at same time.

？   You are experienced in shopping mall or CRM related fields.

 

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？   Bachelor or above, marketing or related major preferred

？   3-6 year working experience, shopping centres or retail preferred

？   Strong project management skills

？   Working understanding of CRM databases preferred

？   Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
