Responsibilities 

• Arrange business meetings with clients and conduct client relationship management according to instruction.
• Act as point of contact of department and conduct general administrative duties when necessary.
• Organize travel, meetings & conference arrangements and proceed with internal processing.
• Financial administration- billing and invoicing clients. Assist department head to execute monthly revenue accrual planning with Finance.
• Internal and External memorandum and communication.
• Perform any other duties assigned by department head.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree required. At least 2 years relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, an PowerPoint.
• Responsible, reliable and attention to detail.
