Principal Responsibilities:

  

1.  Efficient and effective BAU maintenance.

  

2.  Manage channel related change request and ensure to deliver as SLA required. 

  

3.  Support eco-partner and cobranding campaign management.

  

4.  Support channel project and enhancement should be implemented and released as scheduled.

  

5.  Control and manage regulatory and compliance risk.   

  

6.  Assist to iB, mB, PWEB, Wechat related enhancement implementation, e.g. performance testing, UAT and so on

  

7.  Assist to digitalization marketing research, competitor analysis, etc.

  

Assist to marketing preparation job

  

Job Dimensions:

  

1.  Focus on BAU maintenance, regular improve and review to make proper maintenance procedure, daily and weekly BAU including (but not limited to) AICS articles maintenance, CIIP production files maintenance, regular production information updating, SEO enhancement and so on.

  

2.  Consolidate and manage change request of channel service in country, ensure to achieve requirement correctively and effectively.

  

3.  Support for implementation of channel projects according to agreed roadmap plan.

  

4.  Monitor vendor performance vs service contract and penalties, e.g. SEO service supplier and BAU supporting vendor

  

5.  Do analysis for best practices both on channel cross-countries and competitors, to assess opportunities and proposal to introduce innovation and service to our bank. 

  

6. Support internal and external partner management, and coordinate with different parties to launch online campaign.

  

7. Closely monitor channel runs status, get support from regional team and supporting team to solve any issues in China, to make sure channel works fine and well.

  

8. Innovation idea and digital mind-sets build up

  

Any ad-hoc supporting by team demands and strategy

  

Education and Relevant Experience,Functional / Technical Competencies:

  

1. Desire and interest in operating digital channel

  

2. Technical understanding of content Management systems

  

3.  Understanding and managing digital partners / agencies

4.  Experience in electronic marketing

  

5.  PMP is prefer but not mandatory

  

6.  Minimum number of Yrs: 3-5 years of relevant industry and channel management experience      

  

 7.Prior experience in channel business management, operation and project management is beneficial, but not required.
