· Support Senior Manager to coordinate the regional closing and FDMEE process including the following:

1. Update FDMEE mapping tables (functional maintenance) based on the requests coming from Reporting/Accounting responsible

2. Analyze items on intersection validation report (items rejected) identifying the reason of the issues and address them on time in observation of month-end calendar

3. Mapping tables integration in case of new legal entities in FDMEE scope 

4. Assign HFM account to SAP Chart of Account change request

· Act as Accounting & Reporting Business Partner for APAC entities and support local teams in the following activities:

1. Set up calls on monthly pre-closing meeting and maintain meeting minutes

2. Monitor the HFM closing process, clear up the edit checks and perform basic check for the roll forward and other disclosure requirements 

3. Review monthly fluctuation analysis and quarterly briefing book analysis. Set up regular review meetings with local teams and CAO 

4. Support local team in Account Reconciliation quality assurance

5. key point of contact with local accounting team

· Responsible for regional IFRS 9 and IFRS 15 analysis and review process

· Support APAC project related to regional reporting and closing process

· Support ad hoc regional reporting requests

· Bachelor degree in accounting or finance;

· 5 years working experience in finance department, at least 3 years in the area of financial accounting and reporting;

· Good experience in accounting and reporting systems/tools including HFM, SAP and Oracle etc. Experience in Excel, PPT;

· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, fluent English skills;

· Good working experience in multinational organization;

· Highly detail-oriented and organized in work;

· Strong responsibility, ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of colleagues.
