Student Services Officer
Job Purpose:

This primary responsibility of this role is assistance of facility service to our school in NACIS.

These facility services will include but not limited Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping &Indoor plant, School bus, School Event Support, Building Heathy and Safety management, Facility service hot line and other school facility service.

Reporting Relationships:

The role reports directly to the Facility Manager.

Accountabilities:

• Student Bus Management: To co-work with bus vendor, and school academic leadership team, to make sure student safety on the buses.

• Cleaning Service Management: School routine cleaning; Pest control management.

• Indoor plant and outside landscaping service Management: Plant Care & Disease inspection and treatment;

• Site facility Maintenance: Coordinate with handyman, suppliers and service providers for Maintenance of furniture, small equipment and soft drink machines, Air-condition, electricity, plumbing and other task which required by teachers.

• Health & Safety: ensure all school activities meet at H&S regulation and led efforts to reduce the safety and health incidents,

• Support school event

• Document management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Requirement:

• Good oral and written English language skills

• Good communication skill with staff

• Good Excel and Word, PPT skills

• Good time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Good team management skills

• The ability to work independently

• Active working attitude

• Willing to work overtime if it is required

• Relevant administration or operation experience preferred
