Main Responsibilities/主要职责：

Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region

完成所负责销售区域内指定客户销售额

Systematic sales increase with potential customers & potential project dealers

系统性规划并开发潜在终端客户及潜在项目代理商

Manage the efforts and performance of assigned dealers including resolution to dealer conflict when multi-dealer is involved.

管理现有签约代理商的销售表现和业绩。

Provide necessary support to project dealers during the bid project, including technical & commercial coordination.

对于招投标项目，给予项目代理商必要的技术和商务协调支持。

Manage the necessity and justification of signing up new dealers either when replacing or retaining the existing dealer(s).

管理和判断签约新代理商的能力。

Job Requirement/职位要求：

Have the experience of doing business with manufacturing industry or government customer, with industrial electrical equipment or instrument knowledge & professional sales skills.

具有和制造业客户或政府类客户进行业务的经验，具备工业电子设备或仪器的知识及专业销售技能

Prefer to have both direct sales & dealer management experience.

既有直销经验，也有代理商管理经验

Excellent presentation, communication skills

优秀的表达、沟通能力

Good English communication, written and spoken (English Cert 4 or above)

较好的英语交流、说写能力（英语四级水平

Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL)

能熟练应用办公室软件（PPT, EXCEL）
