We are currently looked for a Consulting Supervisor to join our consulting team in Shanghai.

Missions :

The Consulting Supervisor will report to BD & Consulting Manager, and will have the following tasks:

◇ Project supervision, leading the consulting team, distribution of the tasks and insure the collaboration of consultants

◇ Carry market study (research, trade fairs visits, experts’ interviews, store check, data analysis and report editing)

◇ Search partners on behalf of our clients (clients, suppliers, agents, distributors, industry experts, JV partners etc…)

◇ Organize and accompany our clients during business trips in China, performing translation, negotiation editing meeting minute.

◇ Follow up ongoing mission/project and daily talk with selected partners

◇ Accomplish different mission reports

◇ Liaise with other Altios subsidiaries and communicate with the clients

Experience :

◇ 3 - 5 years’ experience in a foreign company

◇ Past experience as a project manager, leading a team of 3 – 5 persons

Education :

◇ Bachelor or Master Degree. Study abroad will be a strong plus

◇ Computer skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other software will be a plus

Languages:

◇ English : Professional Proficiency

◇ French : Knowledge will be a plus

◇ Mandarin Chinese : Native or Fluent

Qualities :

◇ Flexible : Consultant should adapt to various clients’ needs, coming from very broad industry range

◇ Knowledge on general Chinese market

◇ Good contact and communication skills : Our consultants are frequently in contact with clients/ partners over the phone or during meeting

◇ Analytical skills to handle market data

◇ Proactive, dynamic, open minded, autonomous and good writing skills

◇ ？ Problem Solver ？, ？ business oriented ？, ？ team player ？

Position is based in Shanghai (Pudong – subway Line 2, 4, 6, 9 – Century Avenue).
