Have knowledge and understanding of school safety and playground policy， keep students safe and healthy during school hours
了解学校安全守则和操场活动规范，保障学生在校安全
 
Help classroom teacher and Chinese teacher with their teaching activities，prepare instruction materials
协助班级老师开展教学活动, 准备教学材料
 
Provide support for individuals, help them clean and wash, including diaper changing and potty training
帮助学生保持个人清洁，包括更换尿片和如厕训练
 
 Play a role in the safe supervision of students at breaks, lunchtimes and movement around the school
在学生休息、午餐或活动时，照顾他们的安全
 
Communicate clearly and effectively with the classroom teacher and Chinese teacher
能及时与外教中教沟通学生情况

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
